What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
- Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company requirements
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean job site
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading installation crews and mentoring team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
