Christian Home Services is a leading residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company proudly serving homeowners throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our operations team and field technicians.
This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in keeping our technicians and installers equipped with the materials they need to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive, load, unload, and organize HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment and materials
- Deliver parts, tools, and supplies to service technicians and installers in the field
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
- Assist with staging equipment and materials for upcoming installations
- Track inventory and materials using company software
- Coordinate material requests and replenishment needs
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and vendor deliveries
- Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments with warehouse operations
- Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience working for an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor is a plus
- Experience using ServiceTitan and/or PLY software is highly preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials safely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using technology and inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
