What You’ll Do
As an In‑Home Sales Consultant, you will:
- Conduct in‑home consultations with clients and their families
- Assess care needs and recommend appropriate home care services
- Educate families on service options, pricing, and customized care plans
- Present proposals clearly, compassionately, and professionally
- Build trust‑based relationships rooted in integrity and empathy
- Convert qualified leads into active clients while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with care coordinators and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up consistently
- Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven in‑home sales experience (home care, healthcare, or service‑based sales preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills
- Compassionate, consultative, client‑first sales approach
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow‑through
- Self‑directed with the ability to manage a multi‑county territory
- Flexibility to meet families during evenings or weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
