Summer Internship: Parts Coordinator

Christian Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Parts Coordinator Intern to support our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams during the summer months. This paid internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and the skilled trades while supporting essential residential services.
What You’ll Do
As a Parts Coordinator Intern, you will assist with day-to-day operations that keep our field teams running efficiently, including:
- Sourcing and coordinating parts and materials for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians
- Supporting the warehouse by receiving, organizing, and putting away inventory
- Delivering parts and equipment to technicians in the field as needed
- Assisting with inventory tracking and stock organization
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Communicating effectively with technicians, vendors, and internal team members
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable driving company vehicles and making deliveries to job sites
- Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years old (per company policy)
- Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required
- Interest in logistics, operations, warehouse support, or the skilled trades
- Prior warehouse, parts, or trade-support experience is a plus, but not required
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
