Christian Home Services, a leading residential provider of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services, is seeking a highly organized and effective Trades Manager to oversee and elevate our service operations. About the Role
The Trades Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the service teams. This role ensures efficient scheduling, strong team performance, consistent communication, and high‑quality workmanship across all departments.

Field experience is a plus, but leadership and operational strength are the key requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service technicians
- Conduct ongoing training, ride‑alongs, and performance reviews
- Build a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture
Operations & Scheduling
- Coordinate and optimize schedules across all service departments
- Work with dispatch to ensure efficient routing and workload balance
- Monitor technician productivity and workflow efficiency
Customer Experience
- Support resolution of escalated service issues
- Ensure clear communication and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain consistent workmanship standards across all trades
Process & Performance Management
- Track KPIs such as productivity, revenue, customer satisfaction, and callback rates
- Identify opportunities to improve department processes and performance
- Collaborate with leadership, dispatch, sales, and warehouse teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership or management experience in home services (multi‑trade experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
- Understanding of residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical systems (preferred, not required)
