What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute residential HVAC system installations (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and more)
- Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices
- Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
- EPA Certification required; NATE certification a plus
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
