HVAC Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and organized HVAC Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and play a critical role in supporting our field teams.

Position Overview:

As the HVAC Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations. Your leadership will ensure our HVAC crews have the materials, equipment, and tools they need—when they need them—to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, staging, and distributing HVAC equipment and materials

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits

• Collaborate with service and install managers to prepare and stage materials for upcoming jobs

• Supervise and schedule warehouse personnel and delivery drivers

• Monitor incoming shipments, track orders, and manage returns or damaged items

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Assist with purchasing and inventory forecasting to meet seasonal and project-based demand

• Enforce all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry

• Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and parts (required)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Forklift certification or ability to become certified

• Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
