Who We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Direct oversight of all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Development and execution of local business plans aligned with company-wide strategies
• Management of the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
• Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team across all departments
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint
• Driving key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Strengthening relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
• 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in residential services, construction, or a related industry
• Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L ownership and budget management
• A history of building teams that are both high-performing and highly engaged
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead through influence
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Experience in residential home services is preferred but not required
• Integrity, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure
