Position Overview:
As an Install Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the permit process for HVAC installations. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, project management, and local government agencies, to ensure all jobs are processed and collect on in an efficient manor.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate installation schedules with customers, technicians, and necessary third parties to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Database & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of installation jobs, including scheduling details, customer communications, and job progress in the company’s CRM system.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts, job delays, or logistical challenges to keep projects on track.
Billing & Follow-Up: Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing and follow up with customers post-installation to confirm satisfaction.
