About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service calls, ensuring timely responses to customer needs, and optimizing technician schedules for maximum efficiency. You will be the key point of contact between customers and our field technicians, making strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.

This is a fast-paced position that requires multitasking, quick decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling in a home services industry setting.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch residential service technicians for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical jobs.
• Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Prioritize urgent service calls and optimize technician routes for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, customer requests, and job progress.
• Work closely with technicians and managers to streamline scheduling and improve service response times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (home service industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to think quickly and problem-solve under pressure.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in dispatching software and Microsoft Office.
