Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency upgrades, and available options.
- Provide detailed recommendations and present HVAC solutions in a professional manner.
- Generate and close sales opportunities through a consultative approach.
- Offer financing and service agreements to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
- Stay up to date with HVAC trends, products, and new technology.
Qualifications:
- HVAC certification or relevant experience required.
- Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
- Prior HVAC sales experience is a plus.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
